When shopping at TERAISE, you can always change your mind.   

We have extended our Returns Policy to 60 days during the Covid-19 crisis, to help support our customers at this uncertain time.

JUST FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

• Find the order you need to return or replace and contact us to tell us why you are returning or replacing it  
• If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.
• We only accept returns for items purchased from TERAISE.com,   except for custom (REMIX) frames. Items purchased from authorized TERAISE retailers must be returned to the place of   purchase.  
• In Amazon, Wal-mart and other purchase problems can also contact us!
